Solum will shortly begin preparations for the next steps to redevelop Walthamstow Central Station car park.
Solum, a partnership between Network Rail and Kier Property, has appointed Osborne, one of the leading construction businesses in the UK, as the contractor. They are working closely with Osborne as we prepare to start second phase of our Walthamstow Gateway project.
This phase will deliver 79 homes in a new apartment block above the existing car park. It will also improve pedestrian access to Queen’s Road Station and complete the improvements to the station square.
