Around 90 local residents attended a public exhibition event held by Alchemy Asset Management on Wednesday 28th November at the Solent Business Park in Whiteley.
Alchemy is preparing to submit a planning application for a mixed use development at The Forum on the Solent Business Park. The scheme includes a hotel, gym, nursery, pub/diner, multi-storey car park and light industrial units.
Company director David Hughes said: ‘Our plans will deliver much needed complementary facilities that enhance the offer at Solent Business Park. The new facilities including a hotel, gym, bar and nursery will benefit the existing business community and create new economic opportunities for the area.’
