Alchemy Asset Management have distributed a newsletter detailing plans for a mixed use development on land to the north of The Forum on Solent Business Park in Whiteley. The development will bring new amenities to the area and support both local residents and occupiers.
The proposals will provide a new hotel, gym, nursery, restaurant/bar, multi-storey car park and commercial space for local businesses. These facilities will be open to the existing occupiers of Solent Business Park and the wider local community.
