The London Borough of Hillingdon’s Major Applications Committee has approved Barratt London’s plans for additional units at the former Nestle factory in Hayes, West London on Tuesday 8 December.
In June 2018, Barratt London and SEGRO received planning permission for a new mixed-use development to transform the former Nestle factory into 1,386 homes, employment areas and new amenities for local residents. Barratt London’s new application will increase the number of homes to a total of 1,473, including 595 affordable homes.
Forty Shillings have been supporting Barratt London and SEGRO on the development of the former Nestle factory.
